I bought an Ipad for my teenage son for school and in one month I needed to get the screen fixed. This Apple care took care of it for me. I highly recommend it.

I bought the Best Buy protection plan for a new iPad purchased for a gift for my son and his family. I liked the ability to bring it to a Best Buy store since they don't have an Apple store near them.

I like to recommend apple care one time I purchase MacBook so my dog pipi on Cost to me $800 for fix I was no happy is better to use same many extra first and save same money later I learned please take advantage

It never hurts to buy the Apple Care. Never had problems with any of our Apple products but it could never hurt to have the extra protection just in case.

If are an accident prone person then I recommend getting the coverage. Otherwise it probably is a waste. Device insurance is a profit center for companies for a reason.

I have called apple care when I can't figure out how to do something on my iPad. They are very knowledgeable and helpful on your Apple equipment. They can always get it working again if you have a problem.

Great product. My only problem is that you buy a product with a one year coverage but when you by Apple care you are only getting coverage for one extra year. They count your purchase year of coverage as one of the paid years of coverage so in essence you are only getting one extra year.

Good warranty and piece of mind especially for a case for a younger user.

I really like that Apple is going to take care of any problems with my I pad. I have never invested so much on such new technology and I was worried about viruses etc. Now I can sleep at night.

I think this is a good thing just because I got it for my kid and if he breaks it or something something happens to it, it has Apple care !
