Have only had this for a week and so far I'm loving it. I previously had the iPad mini but wanted to upgrade to be able to type more like a laptop. I haven't found a case/keyboard I'm happy with yet but find typing with this in landscape position is fairly easy. Hoping I will continue to be happy that I spent the $$$$$$. The 4 stars are because of the high price tag.

What can I say? It’s Apple care. I had a broken iPad Pro screen and they sent me a replacement iPad and had me box up my broken one and ship it to them. No downtime due to priority care.

Keeps my iPad nice and safe for 2 years so that's good right

Opted for this just in case. Have used the speedier service option on a call to Apple and it was decent. If something happens to device then it pays for itself so that is a plus.

Absolutely essential. Apple care really is important to have, if there is a problem, they can usually fix it right up at the Apple store.

Used the college student deals to get free apple care. can't go wrong with that!

Best thing to purchase for anyone who buys an apple product. Getting it is a life saver for anything that goes wrong with your product.

Knowing that you can have your Apple products repaired in most stores with apple care is great and saves a trip to a mall or somewhere there is an apple store is great.

I was not sure if my questions would be answered and I knew I purchased Apple Care. The agent that answered was so helpful with getting me set up and working...very understanding

I had been encouraged to get protection for my Apple products and they are well known for their great customer service when something goes wrong so I'll check it out and see if that's true.

Haven’t needed to use it yet ( Thank Goodness ) but it’s definitely useful and a relief to have for products 350$ and up!

Always purchase AppleCare for any product. It's worth the one time when things happen that you can't control and you need it.
