I hope to not have to use this but it is nice to know I have it.

I purchased Apple Care just in case I would need tech support. I have not used it since I purchased my iPad. Overall I have mixed opinions on whether this is needed or not. Maybe someone can help me to understand the benefits of purchasing AppleCare

Would highly recommend. I also have purchased this plan for airpods pro and received new ones when one of them malfunctioned.

I bought my first apple product and when I got home to use the lightning cable it wasn't working. I live 45 min away from Best Buy and Apple care sent me a new one and I had it the next day

Def recommend always doing this just in case something happens

I love Apple care because it gives you a sense of security knowing that your purchase is insured in the event of an accident.

I have this service for my childs iPad because little children will break things, and when it does im not going to spend an arm and leg for a repair.

I have not used this, the salesman made it seem very beneficial incase of an accident. I don't like how on top of the initial cost you have a copayment to use it unlike other places for ipads.

Great to have in case anything happens to an apple product. You don’t want to get stuck with a product iPod,iPhone, ipad, etc.

I did not experience a need for using it. But good to have.

Usually don't buy warranty protection but felt this was worth it. Covers cracked screen and gives you access to Apple techs for any problems or questions that may be encountered.

i break stuff a lot so having this is handy. haven’t used it yet so might just go crack my ipad so i can before this expires looool.

This 2 year plan is great, especially for a beginner on an I-pad. It's good to know that I can schedule an appointment and don't have to waste my time waiting to talk to a Geek Squad person.

you have to have the applecare, you never know what'll happen.

.....good to have extra care for your products. I love my Geek Squad because I can take anything to them and they can handle it. With a little extra from Apple Care it won't hurt at all.

Very helpful in the beginning! Had to call Apple Support because of issues with my new IPad resolved them & Ipad working fine ever since Thank U Apple for your support!!!

Haven’t used AppleCare yet since I only recently bought my apple care product but love what it covers, specially since their are kids in our household and accidents do happen

A must have in my opinion. You can’t go wrong with the extended coverage for your Apple device. Happy with the purchase.

Comes in handy when your product fails. Luckily I haven’t had to use it yet.

Dunno if I'll need it but hope I have the security if I do!
