Opted for this just in case. Have used the speedier service option on a call to Apple and it was decent. If something happens to device then it pays for itself so that is a plus.

i break stuff a lot so having this is handy. haven’t used it yet so might just go crack my ipad so i can before this expires looool.

I didn’t have this coverage when I fell in and bent my iPad Pro 12”...wish I had!!! Purchased new iPad instead of paying considerably less for replacement had I had this protection!!

I have this service for my childs iPad because little children will break things, and when it does im not going to spend an arm and leg for a repair.

Knowing that you can have your Apple products repaired in most stores with apple care is great and saves a trip to a mall or somewhere there is an apple store is great.

Used the college student deals to get free apple care. can't go wrong with that!

I chose the Apple Care plan to cover my new iPad because it will cover my investment in case of accident. I have used Apple Care in the past and have been very pleased with the service

I was not sure if my questions would be answered and I knew I purchased Apple Care. The agent that answered was so helpful with getting me set up and working...very understanding

I had been encouraged to get protection for my Apple products and they are well known for their great customer service when something goes wrong so I'll check it out and see if that's true.

If you spend on it, you might as well cover it. Easy to use. Just go to an Apple Store and done deal.

I hope to not have to use this but it is nice to know I have it.

I bought my first apple product and when I got home to use the lightning cable it wasn't working. I live 45 min away from Best Buy and Apple care sent me a new one and I had it the next day

Thrilled that I added this policy when we bought my grandson 's Apple IPad. We have used it twice!

I recommend all Best Buy iPad buyers to always purchase a Best Buy care package for their device you never know when you need it.

Use this iPad everyday. Great purchase . Ive gotten a lot of enjoyment from this purchase. Children love it because it is so easy to use

I have not used this, the salesman made it seem very beneficial incase of an accident. I don't like how on top of the initial cost you have a copayment to use it unlike other places for ipads.

Usually don't buy warranty protection but felt this was worth it. Covers cracked screen and gives you access to Apple techs for any problems or questions that may be encountered.

Very helpful in the beginning! Had to call Apple Support because of issues with my new IPad resolved them & Ipad working fine ever since Thank U Apple for your support!!!

Haven’t used AppleCare yet since I only recently bought my apple care product but love what it covers, specially since their are kids in our household and accidents do happen
