The one time I used Apple care that involved a replacement screen for a MacBook Pro they came through and replaced it without a lot of squawking. So that is good. Their telephone support for other problems that could be handled by phone has been excellent.

the case is awesome. it cleans very esily and does protect the ipad from any damages. The folding pieces are great to watch cooking videos on the kitchen counter. My wife loves it
