It is really smart to invest on apple care because you just do not know when you item may get damaged.

Hopefully nothing ever happens to my iPad but this is just a safety net . Learned from mistakes and I didn't have it on one of my iPhones and it broke want make that one again !!!

Glad I bought this service from Best Buy. They will answer any questions I have about this Ipad. I feel ot is a good investment.

Sometimes you have questions and it is good to have a place to go to . Reminds me I have to ask them how to stop a split screen in my email. Remember you are not the only person with questions and sometimes you have to wait til it’s your turn to talk to someone.

This is good to have just in case something happens.

I am glad I have this many times I have had issues I call apple and they resolve it so greatfull to have it.

I Bought it las year for my son and he definitely loves it. Consider getting apple care if your child will have access to it.

It hasn't been used but JIC it will be there if we need it. Apple is good about standing behind their products with AppleCare

Came with iPad for free. would definitely recommend getting this product. Esp if your getting this for a younger child.

Apple warranty’s are always a must I didn’t need this for my particular device but I’ve had to use in the past and they are great

I buy Applecare for all of my Apple products. That way I have two sources of help for my Apple products - Applecare or Geek Squad. Both are great to have and they really care.

Knowing I’m covered is reassuring, but with all my Apple products I’ve never had to use it. They have always been flawless

The Apple Care is an essential item to purchase with any of their devices. It just makes sense to have it

I bought this product for other units and they do work as advertised and the service is easy to call upon if and when needed

My kids love this. The display is great and we haven’t had any technical issues in over a year. The only con would be the screen being too fragile. It would be nice if Apple incorporated something like the gorilla glass technology into their iPads.

This is so awesome that Best Buy provides it. It is just awesome that you can use your device knowing that you have a backup

I purchased an ipad mini 4 for a gift for my mom. This was a necessary addition to protect the purchase. Have had great experience with Apple care so far with other products.

my kids love ipads, they also aren't the best at not dropping them . . . . apple care + keeps everyone happy
