Been one year and haven’t used it yet. Guess the Apple product is quality.

I have absolute confidence in the Apple technical support staff. They are very responsive whether by phone or walk-in. I always add Applecare when I buy an Apple product.

Got this for piece of mind for the iPad I got for my niece. If you are going to spend hundreds of dollars on something that can break easily, then you need to be covered.

Unfortunately, I cracked my iPad within a couple days of purchase.....I was under the impression that Apple would simply hand over a replacement if the screen broke.....I tried this (two consecutive days) while trying to leave for work 3 states away from home..... The Apple Store admitted they had dozens of the same model, color, & storage capacity in stock....Unfortunately they refused to replace the iPad while I was standing there in the store because they were "designated for sale" with no apparent purchase reservations....very disappointing after buying the iPad Pro (256GB Space Gray), Smart Keyboard, & Apple Care all at the same time ($1,200+ after a special)

Imposible not to get this Apple care because I use two times and it’s resolved fast and easy iPad Pro issues

I feel that if you purchase an Apple product that you should invest a little more to cover it if something happens to it. Cheaper than starting all over buying a new one.

hey spend the money get some apple care they will treat you right! had a couple of things fixed and it was good to go!

Glad I purchased this plan. I have a teenager at home. Things happen! With this plan I can rest assure it could be repaired.

I love having apple care. I had an iPad die a month after the warranty and couldn't get any help with repair. This will save me the worry and cost if there is a problem!!

If you have an iPad for your kids this is a must have. AppleCare covers up to 2 accidents or incidents for 2 years.

I have apple care on all my products...Who wants to buy a new screen when you drop your brand new iPad Pro? Don't need to with Apple Care they will replace the whole thing!

Cant beat the value of this plan, and Best Buy is authorized Apple Care provider! I like a one-stop shop.
