Best Buy is now a partner with Apple and can accept and make repairs. This policy allows additional coverage for those that wish a little more then the Mfg.

Buy buy buy. Hate to replace a 11 month old iPad cause it cost almost as much to replace the broken screen.

This did come in handy when ipad was dropped and screen cracked. If the ipad is dropped and hits the corners, it will break. They did replace it but I think we had to pay a little extra because the ipad had already upgraded. Otherwise good purchase. Make sure a child leaves the protection case on.

Glad I have my apple care when I have questions. They are always so helpful and polite and willing to do whatever they need to do to keep you satisfied.
