This did come in handy when ipad was dropped and screen cracked. If the ipad is dropped and hits the corners, it will break. They did replace it but I think we had to pay a little extra because the ipad had already upgraded. Otherwise good purchase. Make sure a child leaves the protection case on.

We have used AppleCare before when a older ipad had some pixels on the screen go out. No hassle and they replaced the product with a new one.

Good protection, but expensive. Still, we're seeking to protect very expensive items.

I would recommend the 2year plan to anyone. Because if something happens to your product then they can replace it instead of having to buy a whole knew one.

I always buy the Apple care because I just walk in the Apple store and they make it right.

If you are going to keep the product for a long time, it may be worth getting the 2yr care plan but for a lite user it may not be worth the extra cost.

Have not had to use the apple care just yet. I hope this insurance that I paid for works for something.

This is well worth the cost. I have had to use it once and got a brand new Ipad when mine crapped out.

Apple products are good and i always suggests to go for Apple Care as it extends the warranty and covers 2 accidental damages .worth for any big ticket items .

I bought it because I figured I would probably need it since I had a newer IPad Air 2 and would have a lot of questions about it. It has been most helpful.

With two small kids the accidental drop coverage is worth it to me. I can keep my iPad without a case and know I'm covered if an accident should happen.

Just two words. GET IT. This protection is not really needed, as the ipad is very sturdy. However, with the cost of repairs, I'm glad we purchased it.

I'm not really in need of the protection for my iPad because I am super careful with my expensive things but just in case, I purchased the extra protection.

I see the need in it just to protect your investment in Apple products. I had once an issue and with Apple care it was quick resolved.

I always purchase the AppleCare with my apple products. Iv'e also used said apple care which has saved me a lot of time and money. Do it! You wo t be sorry.

Have only had to use my Apple Care once but when I needed it, it was well worth having!

It’s always good idea to add Apple care 2 year’s plan to IPad or any other Apple product.
