Bought this as a Christmas present for my nephew to replace his older iPad (he kept asking for "more storage"!! He was so excited to open this on Christmas morning and is very happy with his upgraded model. He can download all his apps/music/games/photos without issue. Great buy!

Well I am an Apple user with Apple care +. With the current world situation the service quality has gone to crap, long wait, useless service resolution, & more importantly. Now it take weeks to resolve issues.
