    Bought this for my new iPad as I had purchased an overpriced high-end version of the Apple iPad Pro. Did not want to get something home and then find out one month later it did not work at all.even apples have lemons .

    My pencil quit and they replaced it on the spot.. Very glad I bought the plan, Had the tablet 1 month.. The service was very good... Loved it

    $99 for apple care for 2 years is an amazing deal! I dropped my phone (first time ever) and it was replaced (small fee) on the spot by apple!

    When the iPad stopped working it was easy to return it to Best Buy. They sent out and we had the iPad back within 2 weeks at no cost to us.

    Extends warranty and covers up to two cracked screens. It costs more to replace screen once!
