haven't had to use this yet, a new purchase! but the warranty should begin after the first 1 yr. products warranty expires. we lost a year, and should be covered for 3yrs after purchase not 2yrs!

AppleCare + for iPad - 2 year plan is perfect. I recommend it for anyone and everyone.

Applecare+ is a good deal if you think you might need coverage. Might be particularly useful if travelling and a lot of use while on the go.

The Apple IPad Pro 12.9" device is an amazing product. The folks at Best Buy are awesome to work with! I wouldn't buy this device without it.

Just right for a gift for friend. Radio no longer worked in her car so i record music to her phone so she could listen to it in the car for short and long distance drives she likes CDs and had many so i add more music and down loaded to her iphone shes very happy now .

Recommend for anyone using a portable device. You can almost never be to careful.

A screen protector of any sorts is very necessary when it comes to any of Apple's mobile products. They always fix features, implement new features and change designs, but the one thing they have constantly failed to fix or improve is the quality of the screen. I wonder why?

Always get apple care on iPhones and iPads. especially if they make their way to kitchens or bathrooms...it can really save you some money.
