    since they dont provide it with the products (any) you have to purchase it seperately. i just used apple care on my daughter phone (a different purchase), you would think they exchange/repair would be free... but no. the alternative is more expensive though.

    For the cost of replacing the screen you can get 2 year protection with Apple Care. I have this on all my Apple devices.

    When and if anything goes wrong, it is great to know that we have peace of mind knowing any product is covered. Even though Apple has great products, I like to know that if I happen to have an accident with my new IPad Pro, it will be taken care of.
