Didn't keep the product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We didn't keep the iPad so we exchanged the coverage for a three year coverage plan on the new computer. With Apple product coverage, the Geeks have their hands tied somewhat as Apple won't let them open the iPad to work on it as Apple considers everything private. But we will continue to buy all our electronics from Best Buy if for no other reason than we can buy geek protection. We travel full time and we've needed help in Colorado and in Indiana. And we can always find a Best Buy with Geeks who can get us back up and running.

Absolute Must
