    Because of the accidental damage coverage, I bought the Apple Care +, on the newer ipads the whole unit is replaced so it can save you if it breaks

    I hope I never have to use it, but my son is rough on things. I just wish it came with more than 2 repairs unlike other warranties for iPads.

    I've always bought Apple Care when I buy Apple products. I've never had the need to use though. It's a good insurance policy, I guess.

    Having AppleCare makes engaging with Apple much easier. I have had it on all products and have occasion to need it, so worth it for me.

    I added AppleCare+ Auto Enroll when I purchased my new ipad. Nothing came with the ipad, no applecare registration, or activation, but hey, its auto-enroll. Well not for me. I called apple to check the status of my applecare protection and I was, in fact, not enrolled. Apple helped me get enrolled and all's well that ends well. i would make the same purchase again,but will always double check that everything is in order.
