    I bought a new iPad and it came with a broken charger! I tried the online chatting customer service thing and it was an unpleasant experience. The rep was rude and was making things very complicated. So, I took the charger directly to the nearest Apple Store and they swapped it out for me! The rep was very nice, apologetic, and I don't have any complaints!
