Bought the insurance plan on the Ipad Pro. Just found out yesterday my credit card company extends the warranty. Now that I bought it I will live with it. Check with your credit card company on the perks they provide. I should of done my research.

The $99 additional fees should extend the Apple's expensive products to be at least 4 years for the extended warranty to be enticing enough. If Apple's products is as good as it is then it should not matter to extend more than 2 years to attract more customer.

The plan should allow to pay for it to be extended in the beginning of the purchase or when it is about to expire being u are paying over $1k itself just for the laptop anyway, I would think more coverage or longer would be necessary. I think it's a rip off

I have bought apple care along with my iPad. This is really needed especially when give iPad to our kids. Because there are more chances of cracking the screen. But apple is more smarter when its a screen replacement, i.e. we have to pay 50$ :-(

Apple Care is Apple Care. It's not always worth it but I was advised to get it with the pencil and at the time it was a package deal. They said to get it with the pencil just because the pencil is a bit more fragile and could be worth it.

these days you really need some kind of insurance with the high price of Apple products. I guess you can not really know how the fine print really affects you till you drop the product

I purchased the 2-year Apple Care plan for my new iPad. I haven't had any problems with the new iPad so I haven"t required the services of the Apple Care Protection. Therefore my rating/review for this service at this point is "neutral".

I wish they would have an Apple care that covered all of your items. I’m having to spend extra money every time I purchase a major item just for the extra coverage.

We have not had the opportunity to use the plan as of yet. I would like to get an update on what the plan covers or affords related to use.

The plan was purchased by my wife. Personally, I would not have done so. However, since Apple pretty much controls everything about their things, you almost have to buy it to get any decent service on the iPad.

I have been calling trying to get help with trying to access this and am really tired of waiting. its been about 6 months that I have been calling for assistance.

Honestly I never got to even use it all if you’re looking for a warranty that’s gonna last longer than two years look into Asurion warranty’s on Amazon they have reasonably priced warranties that cover more than two years plus it covers accidental drops cracked screens and everything like that it just doesn’t cover lost or stolen

Never had to use it within the two years. If you take care of your electronics, it’s not really needed. However, it’s nice to have it for a rainy day.

I hope i dont have to use this. Apple rejected their warranty after my other ipad shut down itself for no reason after 1 year and 1 day of receipt!

I was not planning on getting this. I never buy protection plans. Changed my mind when realized even iPencil included. (I can lose small items!). Will know if worth the money if I have to use the plan.

Kinda feel swindled out of this. We were sold on adding AppleCare+ for the Ipad Pro, being told we would be covered for 3 years. Only when we got home and read the fine print, did we find out that this coverage only lasts 2 years. I guess we will see how the device is doing in two years, but if any of my past Apple products are any indication, my iPad Pro will likely break down in 2 years and 1 day and I'll be out of luck.

Unless you have deposable funds and are willing just to buy a new iPad, macbook, or iPhone if you "accidentally" break them then this isn't for you, for the rest of us commoners you need to get this...

Not sure if AppleCare is really worth paying for since I've never bought an Apple device before outside an iPhone that I've never had problems with.
