So far not happy with Arlo service. Could not get the app on iPad . Support for Arlo said problem with my computer & tried to get me to have them clean the computer up for a $129.99 or in addition of $70.00 they will help with any problems for a month or year was a little surprised since the camera started working the next day. I was told when I bought my Apple iPad Pro it would work with the cameras.
