    I went in I had a guy help me I think his name was Eric and he was really no help at all I have all apple care products and love the apple care but he just seemed lazy and didn’t want to help me at all so I ended up going to apple and got it all taking care of

    Apple's repair/replacement team is very un organized. They have problems even linking cased to each other to understand what the issues are. This is worth it if you damage your device but be prepared to be treated like a thief if for some reason you can log into your apple ID

    Not worth it, don’t waste your money. Even after you cancel they will continue to charge & then will steal your money. SCAM

    The insurance is completely Work less don't cover if the screen got broken and on top you have to pay in order to have a new one and is a two years plan I wouldn't recommend this

    I have never used the protection plan from Apple. The equipment works well over time if you take care of it. If you like buying insurance for insurance then this is for you.

    i go to the best buy store (where i buy it)and i told them that i had my screen break for ipad and i have apple care+ they say due to covid18 they can not do anything so what the point of buying it

    Pretty ridiculous I paid for insurance and then am told when I go to use it I have to still pay 50 dollars which of coarse I wasn’t told when I made my purchase! I’ll never use apple or Best Buy again!!!

    I have bought AppleCare+ for IPad 8th Generation but it doesn’t show in the IPad warranty. Can u guys fix this?

    Kind of disappointing that AppleCare does not cover water or theft unless you buy an additional waiver which I did not know about

    Bought this for my son he lost case pod they wanted $100 bucks for a replacement of a case they only cost 179 LOL. not worth it
