    It kind of sucks because most extended warranties start after the manufacturer warranty ends. But not this one. It begins at the time of purchase.

    sales people not informed about apple produces; no help to transfer data from iCloud. could not get receipt online without complicated steps. Receipt should be send without having to log in to Best buy account.
