    I haven't had to use it yet! Thank the Lord! Purchased with a Ipad that I bought for my mother to use. She has memory issues and I didn't want to spend all that money and have it get messed up or broken.

    When you have a tablet you must have insurance and Apple care is the best. I never go without it.
