Had to use the warranty! And it was an easy process! No hassle

We purchased an iPad with Apple Care. The price wasn’t bad and we love that the iPad is protected.

Affordable insurance. When buying Apple, buy Apple care. Chances you won’t need it but if you do. You will be glad you have it.

A smart decision to always get the added protection on any device. They forgot to tell me the fine print that any damage that happens to your device will still cost you some money for the repair or replacements. For example my sons iPad screen shattered and it cost me $50 for a refurbished one. Which is a lot cheaper than buying a new one flat out. Only complaint is the employee didn’t fill me in on the fees.

Applecare+, a must have when buying apple products. My first IPad failed within two years. If I would have had Applecare+, it would have been replaced. I bought Applecare+ this time around.

For the price this warranty is unbeatable. I’ve needed to use it once or twice for iPhones and they replaced it with no questions asked.

Wonderful product. This iPad had been wonderful for over 11 months now. No issues at all.

AppleCare is a must if you have small children. We had a previous iPad without AppleCare and the screen was damaged. Replacement cost at an Apple Store was pretty pricey. Now that we purchased a new iPad a few years later, we opted for AppleCare which in the long run will be more affordable than replacement of any damage.

I always get AppleCare+. It brings such ease to mind and the Apple crew is always willing to help. It beats the other insurances out there that make it so complicated. You always have to call so many people and learn how to submit a claim. With AppleCare, you can simply chat online or show up at an Apple Store and the friendliest of staff will help.

Great product had for a couple years and and the kids loved them

Awesome to have you never know where something will happen. My oversized dog stepped on the iPad and cracked the screen really bad. The led light was showing. On top of that my gf got the screen wet a few days later and the iPad was just all messed up. I set and appointment and they replaced my iPad after trying to fix it for a week but it was too damaged so they gave me a whole new one!!! That was awesome definitely worth the extra $60. If not I would have had to buy a whole new iPad.
