    My philosophy on extended warranty / protection plans is if it’s something that can be easily damaged by dropping then it’s worth a bit more for price of mind if you can afford it. This cost 15% of the purchase price, that’s not insignificant.

    Just received my “open-box” “excellent” condition iPad and is great! Although when purchasing, I opted for the excellent condition as it states that original accessories are included or suitable replacements. Upon unboxing, I found that no accessories were included at all. Not that big of a deal but when it’s clearly advertised, it should have been included.

    I love this Apple product yes I always recommend this product. Purchasing from my home store no. I purchased this product for pickup and the guy comes up to me with a destroyed taped up box Bestbuy tape all over. Seal has been removed. This is not my first bad experience In this store. you can clearly see what he’s trying to do. The box has been open and trying to give me a used product as new.
