    If you purchased an iPad why not get this extra bonus, my niece iPad stop working for some reason we took it in, no problem they had it up and running again. The best part is it didn’t cost me anything… Love it

  • NEVER BUY the monthly subscription from BESTBUY

    So I love Apple and BestBuy, but for some reason BestBuy doesn't let you cancel the AppleCare monthly subscription service from their website like Apple does. This means that you have to call their support line, get disconected, try to reconnect, get put on hold for an unreasonable wait time with no options to have them call you when available, etc. I gave up waiting this morning and will have to try again later. FYI, if you don't have your item's serial number you'll need to find your AppleCare certificate agreement number because apparently the customer service people can't find it under your account even if you're a rewards member... unbelievable!
