    It’s a necessary evil at times. I don’t use it for every device I buy from apple but on somethings like iPads definitely helpful

    Wouldn’t cover a scratched screen. Said it was “cosmetic damage”. I’ve been paying for the coverage through BB for over 2 years, and when I tried to use it they said it could only be used if my iPad Pro was damaged to the point it was unusable. So they get to decide whether your issue is covered. Their goal is to deny as many claims as possible. BTW, they also told me you have to send in any device for “evaluation”.
