When I bought my iPad two years ago I signed up for Apple Care. Best Buy has charged me monthly since then. I tried to cancel the charge several times. I was finally told to call Apple. They said there’s never been a payment made to them. I got a refund last month after going in to Best Buy multiple times. They said I shouldn’t get another bill but I got one this week again.

I miss the “Visible Home Button.” Now this may not seem like much to some, but why do away with what has been working perfectly fine for a Very Long Time? Seems the Apple Tree wanted to make a change just so they could say, “Look, we made CHANGES!! as though it were an accomplishment. It wasn’t, at least not in my book. So, back my purchase went to the Apple Tree, much to my disappointment.
