The service plan works great. But I wish I would’ve just bought that one time Apple care when I got the phone but I saved money over the long run

Apple care is great for when something unexpected happens. What I don’t like is bestbuy never contacted me and told me my payments weren’t going through.

Probably will never get this service thru Best Buy again but apple care is an amazing protection plan for an iPhone or apple product

This plan is soooo needed. When you have a 16 year old teenager, it is cheaper to pay for AppleCare versus having to pay for a new phone :)

I haven't had to use Applecare yet but it is always good in case you need it. Not much more I can say about it. I hope I never have to use it.

It is a good deal comparing too other phone providers. You can add lost and/or stolen insurance for 5 more dollars or you can just get it for repairs.

I just bought an iPhone 8 Plus with 256 GB of memory. I have always worried about breaking my phones and since they were under contract being stuck with a big bill to fix them. With this warranty I can relax knowing If something happens I will be able to afford getting it fixed.

Apple Care is a must have with any of their products. They are different prices to choose from to meet your needs. A HAPPY customer for life!!:-)

You should def get this if you just got a new iPhone so you don’t have to pay full price for a new one especially if you get the newest iPhone.

It’s nice Best Buy offers this now and I can go to certain Best Buy stores to repair or replace my phone since the nearest Apple store is an hour away. Good price and worth the money.

Love that Best Buy offers this now as well! Have never had to use my insurance for a phone, but hope that this would take care of most out of pocket expenses, should one ever occur!

Apple care is a great investment for iPhone protection. This is definitely needed for back up with an issues that arise with iphone11.

I got the Best Buy geek squad insurance for pease of mind it actually covers more than apple. Can replace phone from accidental damage including water damage and drops.

It’s a very affordable way to have a peace of mind that if something happens to your phone you can have it fixed without costing a lot.
