Terrible. When you go to cancel, they require you to have the receipt. The purchaser is NOT told this and gets the run around from Apple

Geek squad has lost the info for this insurance, and can not give apple the numbers they need to validate I have the insurance, Has been over a month now, still nothing on them correcting this
