Don’t usually take the warranty deals but cost of replacing an iPhone drove me to do so. A year later my phone battery died. Called an had a replacement phone the NEXT day!!

I have Apple care on other technology, and the good news is I’ve never had to use it. I am certain it will do exactly what they say it will.

Added warranty for my granddaughters new phone. The knowledgeable customer service staff offered me this warranty and I feel it is excellent addition for my granddaughters new phone which I purchased at Best Buy that very same day. Without this warranty for ten year olds very first phone I'm sure there would have been accidents and by having warranty gives me and her mom peace of mind knowing that if anything happens within two years of purchase problems requiring service will be handled at no extra charge.

We desperately needed new phones and are not very knowledgeable about technology but we're very pleased with the great service and advice we received from the staff at Best Buy. We were able to select the best phones for our needs with the wealth of information they provided. And even received some "lessons" on how to use our new devices.

I'm extremely happy about the option for protection for my new iPhones. It was much cheaper than purchasing through my cellphone carrier. It is great that I will be able to have my phone serviced at bestbuy or the nearest Apple Store. It gives more options for service making it easier to ensure that my phone will always be operable.

Bought a new player because hdmi no longer worked on old one (not a Sony). Player seems to work fine. We have only watched 2 movies. VERY clear picture! Boots up fast enough. My only gripe is that other than a power button and open/close tray button, there are no other buttons on the unit. Everything must be done by the remote. If remote ever stops working, unit is useless.

Although I was familiar with apple products before purchasing this iPhone (my first, having always had Samsung phones), I have been pleased to find it working just as I need it to. There HAVE been a couple of funky glitches, though, without explanation, that somehow righted themselves. I am glad to be able to purchase a small iPhone in a sea of huge phones!

I really love to buy the Apple care so if you have kids like me , they always ask (mom can I use your cellphone) You can share with them without worry. If they broken, it cover If any thing happens with your cellphone they will fixed or They should give you a new one.

AppleCare is the best option to insure any Apple purchase. I have never had anything but good experiences with all of my devices when I've contacted them and they have ALWAYS left me a satisfied customer. With any Apple product I will always purchase the AppleCare!

Big learning curve but like it overall. I wish there were still a CLASS for this at BB--I thought there would be which is why I chose to purchase there; when I found out I would have to go to the Apple Store or watch You Tube videos to learn hoe to use all the features of the phone I was disappointed.

Switching from Galaxy to iPhone was a little daunting but the whole family on one system makes life sooo much easier. iPhone 7 is a super device and is easier to use than I originally thought. Best Buy made the difference is setup and ease of use

I had an older phone and couldn't get any apps. I can now download apps and am enjoying what this phone can do. It also has the capability of performing different functions without having to shut one down to open another one up. Not sure if this is standard on all phones nowadays or not.

I bought the 2 year apple care on two new iphone SE phones. Geek Squad coverage not available on the iphones. I always had fantastic service from Geek Squad. I hope that I do not have to use apple care coverage and hope that it is as good as Geek Squad if I do have to use it.

I am totally happy with the I phone 6. The only issue that I have is it's rather large. The service putting the into service was too long and because of an issue with your computer I was not given all of my promised rewards.

Be prepared to drive to the nearest Apple store if you need to replace your phone...No one repairs Apple. The phone has to be sent off. Please know that Apple does not repair Ipods or Ipads. They can only be replaced.

This phone is for my 12 yr old. I purchased it for the FaceTime app so she can communicate with all her family members. I find it very easy to download apps, sync and pair components. Love this phones battery life too.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, however for what it covers it is definitely worth the $99 we spent. It's a great package for teens or preteen who are more accident prone. Would absolutely recommend it!

I liked my IPhone 3S except battery time - researched which IPhone would be best for cost that suits my needs and the SE was the one !! Purchased extra insurance because I figured I'd upgrade in two years - wanted to be covered as best I can

No Regrets. It is well-worth the peace of mine and covers any screen replacement better than a 3rd party, which has inferior parts. I know this from experience from my last phone.

I will never get a carrier plan again. When my other phone stopped working, the carrier plan would replace with a refurbished one. With apple care, it would be new not refurbished. Plus it covers the screen if cracked.
