Plan is great

Told us would be ready by a certain date, wasn't. Estimated time frame to fix wasn't correct either. Went to store to find out what was going on because couldn't get info from number listed to call to find out when it would be ready. Didn't get phone back for 10 days 8 of those businesses days when told 3-5
