Had a great time. Well purchasing the product staff was great really helpful and I love the product I was able to get the help me get accessories from my phone and made it a lot easier for me to figure out what I wanted to do and was less stressful were definitely great and would recommend to Friends and family

After recently dropping my phone in water and discovering the hard way just how expensive it is to do a device replacement due to water damage, my current and future iPhones will never be without AppleCare+.

Liked the size of the phone. Upgraded to a bigger memory. Been very happy with the phone so far. Would recommend the phone to everyone. Tech was very helpful in transferring information to new phone.

I was skeptical about getting apple care for my new phone. However, you never do when you will need it! And having to buy the phone at full price makes this well worth it if an accident should happen.

She's been used to iPad and her moms non-cellular service iPhone 5, so this was a no-brainer to use. Have had good luck with prior Apple iPhone products, and this one no different.

I broke my iPhone within 6 weeks of buying it luckily I had the insurance, which was nothing compared to what a new phone would cost. And in 2 weeks I had a brand new one

My family has had 6 free iPhone replacements with Applecare. Free, no co-pay for the issues we've experienced (home keys, speakers, headphone jacks, & volume buttons).

I'm a parent. I need to keep my phone out of my child's hands. I'm also always busy and full-handed, so it makes life easier and simpler with that backup plan.

Great price point for the value. Something you never hope to need, but when you do it's a seemless transaction to process a repair and or replacement.

I don't think you can purchase an apple product Without backing it up with AppleCare. The service is the best for any problems with the devices

My son needed a phone, & we wanted to stay with Apple - the SE was a good deal as compared to the 6S & he loves it! (& so do I) now I want one.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I've dealt with Apple directly before and they made things difficult, hopefully Best Buy is better

I have not had to use this purchase yet, but my prior experience with AppleCare predicts that this will prove very useful if and when I experience any technical problems with the iPhone.

Accidents happen and I have used the Apple care in the past, thanks to it I was able to renew my IPhone with no questions asked.

We have gone both ways with the carrier insurance, store insurance and Apples plan and have found Apple to be the best.
