I canceled it right away and never needed it until my contract was almost up. Then my battery died and the cost of the battery was the same as what I would have paid for insurance anyway so I came out even.

Wasn't pleased that we had to travel to the Apple store to use the AppleCare since our sales rep never explained this when we purchased it. Pleased with the care we received once we did get the phone serviced.

This reads as a better deal than what ATT offers. I have not had to use this yet so can't speak to that. It received an average rating because they upped the price $1 the next month after I purchased htis.

Loss and stolen not included! :) I'm really not happy about that.

I bought the iPhone 7 and it's fine not much different than the iPhone 6s but sometimes my phone screen freezes and I have to wait a couple minutes for it to restart in order to use me phone.

Have not had a need to use this product but with price of phones could be worth it. Recommend use the payment plan. If it breaks early in the warrenty period, you can save some real coin.

Like so many things that seem like a good idea - once you break down all long-term costs of owning/leasing a cell phone, you are captive to overpriced necessities such as Applecare.

The plan is pretty fair, cheap screen replacements if needed and the techs are knowledgeable; however, if you lose phones like my family members, this plan will not work for you.

The home button doesn't work that well. It's a pain to see what is open that needs closed. My husband recommended this phone for its battery life, it's not that great either

Is a more practical insurance that does not ask you for so many requirements to claim your insurance. If they add the one to replace in case of robbery would be excellent.

I purchased this protection and a month later my daughter shattered her screen I only had to pay $30 out of pocket but didn't like that I had to send it out for 5 days.

I can't really say much more then, I hate having to pay more for something that is only good in case something goes wrong with my new phone. Just like car insurance.

Haven't had the need to use it yet so I'm not sure of the functionality of it or the service but the price is fair and I like the option of paying monthly.

The case featured good grip as a strong point and it does have it... sadly a couple of the grip lines are starting to peel back after a couple weeks.

Kind of torn on this purchase, I really decided on this plan instead of apples insurance because I live by a Best Buy and no apple stores are nearby.

I was told we needed to purchase the plan but then could cancel it. having a little trouble canceling it. im sure its a good plan, just not for me.

The apple phone automatically comes with a year warranty. You should just buy the otterbox to protect it and not even bother with extra applecare

Haven't used yet but I better because im paying for it. I guess it can't hurt to have coverage for those rare occasions when I do drop the phone.

NOT QUITE SURE HOW MUCH USE IT IS OF. I HAD IT FOR THE FIRST MONTH JUST BECAUSE 6S PLUS IS LARGER THAN MOST OF THE CELL PHONES I USED BEFORE.

I don't really have much to say about the apple care program expect that it cost more than I expected. I haven't had to use apple care so far!
