The gentleman who activated my new phone told me that apple care was a better option since it's the same monthly price as the at&t care plan but that it is a way cheaper deductible! I switched over and I'm happy I did and that he was very knowledgeable about the 2 different plans.

I found the employees at Best Buy to be informed with their product and they were helpful in all ways. I have been disappointed when dealing with the Sprint Store, but found Best Buy to be much more favorable than the Sprint Store. I have recommended Best Buy to friends and family.

After I bought my iPhone 7 Plus I was wondering if buying an Apple care plan was really required. Although it may not appeal to you initially but if you think about it, it is like being on the safe side. My take is that since iPhone is a fragile phone and not the Nokia type, a slip from your hand and a drop might result in you ending up spending a bomb. So, better to be safe than sorry

I am learning to use the new phone. It is like a treasure chest full of surprises. I discover something new every day. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks! Most of all I want to say "thank you" to the young men that helped me make the choice of this phone. The Denton, TX store employees go above and beyond to help. They were very helpful and patient with all of my questions.

All the folks at the Pottsotwn store were great, it was all around one of those experiences that really impressed me. I was a store manager at a AT&T corporate store so I have a tendency to be over critical...they nailed everything and made the entire buying experience fantastic.

Apple TV is awesome. I decided to give it a try after my Roku kept stopping and rebuffering constantly. Plus on a 4K to it wasn't the greatest. However my Apple TV device works wonderfully! I love it. The picture is crisp and clear and most of all.... no constant rebuffering!

They will fix my iPhone! I can't believe that if my son drops my iPhone that I can call Apple and they will fix my iPhone for a discounted rate for just $8 per month! That's a great deal because I travel all over the country and you never know what is going to happen next.

In the past have always had geek squad but have had to bounce between geek squad and apple for warranty issues. This is a great combination, apple care with geek squad guarantee. I feel much better about phone protection this time around, hopefully I won't need it though.

Purchased the Apple Care for both iPhone 7's I purchased. I haven't needed to use it yet, but with a teenage daughter, I am sure it will just be a matter of time. I like the $25 glass replacement as opposed to all the $$$ I have spent in the past replacing the screens.

Apple Care is the best and much better/economical than the wireless carriers option. The most you will pay is $99 and that is rare whereas Verizon charges $150.00 to use their plan (+ $11 per month). An Iphone screen can be replaced for only $29.00 with AppleCare.

I bought this insurance because I like to use my phone and take it everywhere. However it is an expensive electronic device that would be a financial hardship to replace. Since accidents do happen no matter how careful you try to be I figured this was a good option.

Haven't had to use this yet and hope we don't have too,but this is a great investment to have especially if you want to keep your IPhone for a while. It helps protect your investment so you don't have to repurchase an entire new phone again if something happens to it.

I have never used it; but I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Between the care plan and insurance I would hope to have a new phone in the event something happens to my phone. So far I've never needed to use it, but it is my back up plan!

I was skeptical in buying the apple care for my 7 plus. I decided to do the payments instead of the lump sum up front. I hope that I won't need it in the future, but if I do apple will come through after dealing with them in the past. - always good customer service.

It is a warranty. Fortunately haven't had to use it yet, but when you carry a phone around in your pocket that is as that expensive it seems smart, at least for a while. If I understand correctly I can cancel anytime. Also the phone support is nice to have.

I think the Applecare monthly plan is well worth it. Thankfully we haven't had to use it yet. But it sure is nice knowing that if anything happens to the $700 phone you can get it replaced for the deductible. Still cheaper than buying a new one. Accidents happen.

The phone is for my daughter, and our Apple/Samsung war just got a little more interesting. My Galaxy phones have always taken superior photos, but the iPhone 7's have upped the game and instead of me sending her pics from my phone, she's sending them to me!

This seems a fair price for what is covered. I enjoyed the original Geek Squad insurance previously but since it's been redone, I feel the AppleCare is a good value. The price doesn't seem to be overly high and the coverage seems adequate for most scenarios.

I highly recommend this apple care situation. I am always dropping my phone and being clumsy as a child. Apple care has taken great care of me and my myriad needs. I am very needy and apple doesn't judge and always pays great attention to me and my needs.

A must have if you've purchased an iPhone for a teenager. I had to use the service to replace a cracked screen on my daughter's phone. They issued an loaner phone while the damaged phone was sent out for service. The repaired phone was returned in 1 week.
