AppleCare should always be a must. Apple fixes my broken items. Laptop was fixed for free, the mailed me a new iPhone and I sent the old broken one. They are great

Great plan to have and easy to use. Used it several times on many products if they can’t fix it they get you a replacement and if is out of stock full refund.

Just love Apple Care! Each time I go into the Apple Store I have not issue. Also, like how Best Buy have it where you can purchase a monthly payment. Great!!!

Apple protection was so easy to use. My Daughter was able to take her phone to her local Apple store and after the deductible, was given a brand new phone.

Spend all that money on an iPhone with no extra protection ? Just plain crazy. One drop can destroy the screen. Apple Care stands behind their product.

I typically don’t buy any insurance for any electronics but I do recommend it for any phone. My only recommendation is to only take it to the nearest Apple store for any repairs. Best Buy’s has to order a new “refurbished” phone for you.

I always feel it's better to be safe than sorry! We did experience an issue and we took the phone back to the Apple store and had no issues as if we purchased the product directly from Apple. I appreciate a great customer experience.
