Buyer Beware

For starters, the price of the apple care is almost double of that if you were to buy the service from apple. Even that in mind, I have had to contact Geek Squad multiple times, because they keep cancelling the protection plan for non payment, at no fault of mine. How is it possible, when placing an order for a phone and protection, for them to screw up the billing zip code??? I placed the order for the phone and for apple care like I would any other order, but yet, geek squad made an error and after multiple phone calls, I was assured everything was correct. then less than a month later, I receive another email stating my credit card on the protection plan didn't go through, please update your credit card number. My credit card isn't the problem, they keep billing using an oddball zip code, which as I stated, I had called and was assured was corrected, but has not been. So I will have to wait again for their business hours and make another call to them. This is insane. Save yourself 92.00 and your sanity and just contact Apple for your apple care.
