I had the misfortune of having to use the service. It was an easy process and covered the repair immediately.

I originally had decided against the extended apple care protection, but after speaking with the sales associate Anthony and him explaining the benefits and the added security I went ahead and made the purchase.

I have not needed to use the insurance but if and when I do i hope there is not an issue. not sure how to access the actual documentation to the proof of having.

Haven’t used it yesterday but it’s good to have. I bought it to ensure that if any myths g shootout the device I am ok and it can be repaired. Hope I never needed it.

Let's be honest, there is no reason to NOT get this with today's Apple products. We're all guilty of "accidents caused by humans" and this peace of mind is worth every penny.

So far we have not had to use the apple care + warranty/care plan. It is great to know that we have the protection and that it is there just incase an accident occurs.

I rarely have to use a warranty on an apple product but when I have it always been worth it. I own a MacBook Pro, Beats Headphones, iWatch, iPhone & iPad & they all have coverage.

Any Apple Care is always worth the price! I absolutely love it.

This allows me to have a peace of mind knowing that if something does goes wrong with my MacBook, i have someone to call without worrying about spending a fortune to fix my machine

AppleCare+ for MacBook - 3 Year Plan. Best idea ever! AppleCare support is so helpful when I get stuck trying to fix a situation. And they are always so friendly.

Always have apple care it's worth it. I have a MacBook Pro for a year now and it is still a good condition. Apple care will definitely help cover the cost of damage.

with my grandson going away to college, this was a no brainer since he is a 18 year old male the lives an active life. I know at some point this will be used.

I purchased this for my last Mac Air. Have never been sorry to spend the money for this product. It gives me peace of mind that I will be taken care off. Buying is an expensive proposition so this makes it easier.

Always purchase apple care with their products. It protects you and your item more so than any other insurance type product. Especially good for electronics.

Keep buying extended warranties, but never used one yet. Apple sell great quality products and do not need additional services

Apple Care for your Mac is like insurance for your car. You wouldn't drive without insurance. So don't have a Mac without this. It's absolutely a must have
