    I had a lot of trouble back and forth with Best Buy and Apple on why after purchasing a 4 year plan, Apple only shows me 3 years on my account. Long story short and to save you the headache of hours of back and forth calls. Apple only allows up to 3 years of protection, if you wish to continue after 3 years you’ll have to purchase a year to year plan. So the plan Best Buy sells for “4 years” is only a normal Apple 3 year plan plus an additional 1 year plan. But Apple advised me to make sure I call in and have my receipt after 3 years because they will have to manually add the 4th year for me as a “year to year” plan. So please be aware that in your Apple account you will only see coverage for 3 years after purchasing this plan. Again apples system only allows for an initial 3 year plan. Hope this helps and makes sense.

    Sorry - I love the idea of it, and that is why I bought it. So far I haven't had the need to use it. Until then, I won't be able to rate it. I am hoping if I get a chance to use it, I will be able to rate it very highly.
