Best part is that you can receive a pro-rated refund if you decide it’s not for you.

I am not very tech-oriented, and I have already used this service to help transfer information from my old mac to my new one. I would have given the service 5 stars, but I did have to call multiple times to get this accomplished. If I had reached the representative I did the last time I called, I likely would have had my issue resolved on the first call. Each representative was nice and patient, but all were not as knowledgeable as the last one with whom I spoke.

Although the best buy plan seems better, you have to keep in mind that it associates a yearly cost. The Apple plan is a one time cost.
