They don’t use it, but just in case if they ever need to use it while I’m not there or if they have me not knowing, I can feel safe my device is protected with the Apple care plan.

I bought a lemon

Everyone I worked with at AppleCare was very helpful and they were quick to tell me I got a dud and take it back.
