    I sent my Macbook 12 in for apple care repair about February 6. It was returned with a defective trackpad and then completely died a couple of days later. It was sent back February 13/14 to Apple. Now it is March 11 and Apple is still waiting on a part. No loaner and no discount on the $299 plus tax apple care co-pay repair cost. (I also paid $69 for the one year extension on my apple care.) No promise on a date for repair. I also recently sent in my M1 Air because of a small liquid spatter that wanted to make sure didn't get into the computer. Apple said no liquid damage, but they sent me a picture of my computer keyboard showing a missing key. No key was missing when I mailed in my computer. It took several phone calls to finally get the second or third senior advisor I spoke to to authorize replacing the missing key.
