Have not had to use it yet, but so far we are happy.

Bought it for my daughter for college and she loved it.

I broke the screen on my last laptop and was quoted $500 for the repair because I didn't have Applecare+. Learned my lesson.

This has not been utilized yet but great to have, for peace of mind.

I am so glad that I purchased the Apple Care+. I am not very tech-oriented, and I have already used this service to help transfer information from my old mac to my new one. I would have given the service 5 stars, but I did have to call multiple times to get this accomplished. If I had reached the representative I did the last time I called, I likely would have had my issue resolved on the first call. Each representative was nice and patient, but all were not as knowledgeable as the last one with whom I spoke.

Always worth the little bit extra to get your Apple devices covered. With kids in our house never a thought to skip out on a couple extra hundred dollars.

I looked into the best buy plan vs. the apple care plan. Although the best buy plan seems better, you have to keep in mind that it associates a yearly cost. The Apple plan is a one time cost.

I have not needed this as of yet. But definitely worth the purchase because you never know when you will needed.

I believe very strongly with apple care. I know I have the correct company to ensure mu Mac air is repaired correctly if I need it.

Amazing protection plan that covers accidents! I can use my MacBook guaranteed that even if there is an accidents I am covered!

Seems pricey but well worth it and way cheaper than biyng a new one or paying full price for having it fixed without warranty from a unlicensed apple store

With having kids in the house, for sure I know I needed this. They don’t use it, but just in case if they ever need to use it while I’m not there or if they have me not knowing, I can feel safe my device is protected with the Apple care plan.

If you purchase any Apple computers, Always purchase Apple care, it keeps the value high when you want to sale. And it has an ease to get things fix. Took only a day to replace my screen at an authorized dealer.
