I had a great experience with AppleCare from Best Buy. The coverage was easy to set up, and the staff explained everything clearly. I like that it protects my Mac for three years and covers accidental damage with a simple service fee. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if anything happens, I can take it to Best Buy or Apple and get it fixed quickly. Overall, the protection plan is worth it and I definitely recommend getting AppleCare through Best Buy.

I highly recommend buying AppleCare when you purchase any Apple product. I have not had to use it yet on my new laptop, but he gives me piece of mind knowing that I have this insurance if I ever need it. I bought AppleCare for my Apple watch that I purchased a year ago, and I had to file a claim for a tiny scratch on my watch screen, and Apple completely replaced my watch for free, which is amazing.

This is the best computer I’ve had. When I walked in it was such an easy pick up. I also ordered Apple care which activated as soon as I picked up my order. I honestly got it as a steal with Labor Day sales. It’s super fast, I also have bought storage but it’s overall the storage is great and the features are so cool and actually helpful. I can take this anywhere with me and I have no connectivity issues. 10/10 would def recommend especially for college students.

Immediately needed help setting up my mac book and contacted the 24hr help line and worked with them to resolve the issue. They work fast and know how to help definitely worth it if your impatient and need help asap. As for damage and repairs not too sure what the process for that would look like for accident damage hopefully it’s good warranty.

I love Apple care and how they care for the customer as a person with individual taste and customer individuality and needs like I wear hearing aids . So, Bluetooth connectivity is important to me for church and going in larger crowd.

Best protection plan on the market for Apple Products. Every time something unplanned happens to my products I'm able to swiftly get them repaired or replaced with minimal cost. Easily worth the cost unless you keep your computer unusable in a plastic wrap cage.

I needed an upgrade from my old Mac. It was 12 years old and still running great just needed to update for using for going back to school. I love the Mac computer because they don’t have as many issues or glitches as a regular computer.

Purchased for incoming college freshman. It's lightweight, has a bright screen and most importantly, the battery seems to last all day under normal usage. She's able to use it for word processing, web browsing and a few netflix shows in a days use. A typical school day for her.

I haven’t had the need to use it because I just bought my new laptop but to me it’s a no-brainer. If you’re going to invest significant amount of money in a top of the line computer, you need to make sure that it is properly protected.

Great product. It has yet to fail me after months of using it. The M4 chip performs really well and the graphics are great. The 16GB RAM is huge for productivity.
