    Thankful that I never had to use it. I had a MacBook before and spilled something on it and didn't have this. So my second laptop I made sure to have this protection plan and now I don't have any mishaps.

    I love apple care+. I have not had to use it yet on my laptop. In the past it was problem free utilizing it, even during the pandemic lockdown. The reps were very kind and professional.
