    My screen was cracked and stopped working. I wanted to replace it but the employee who helped me recommend that I get a new phone. She explained that simply fixing the screen wouldn’t fix possible water damage. I felt like it was the right decision and bought a brand new device using my AppleCare.

    I can't Express how wonderful my experience was bringing my phone in for AppleCare repair svcs. The tech was personable and super efficient. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Skip the shotty Apple Store and use BB services instead.

    The geek squad here in flushing best buy are fast and effective. They do what they can with what they have even though they are limited from a real apple store. Very close and convenient.
