So stupid I have to pay a ton extra for this and then if I actually need to use it I need to fork over another 100… I get it but it’s stupid. Should be first one is on Apple and then $100 for each instance after

I had 2 iPhones removed from the box either from the warehouse or in transit and after being denied a refund, I tried to at least refund the AppleCare that I paid in full for. No such luck. If you buy AppleCare through Best Buy you have to wait to receive a refund from Apple if at all. Best Buy customer service is no help. They will only keep you on the phone to frustrate, lie and eventually hang up on you.
I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again and suggest that you don’t either.
