I purchased an iPhone 12 open box in excellent condition. I received the phone with a few scratches on the camera and a box that wasn’t gift-able (damaged box and this is a gift). The box was ALSO missing an iphone cord. I was disappointed, but figured I would give it another shot and re-purchase the item. What I didn’t know was even though I was repurchasing the same item and returning the old one I would still have to pay a $50 restock fee. This seems completely unfair considering I am buying a new one because the old one was less than satisfactory. I contacted customer support and all they said was there’s nothing they can do and everybody has to pay this fee. Definitely a deterrent because even if the product is damaged and it’s best buys packaging that is at fault they will still require you to pay a fee. Definitely will stop me from buying another item from Best Buy. Second phone i received is great. The box is in perfect condition and so is the phone. PLUS it came with a cord. too bad they have an awful return policy.

Don't know what to say, but you really need AppleCare+ protection for your Apple products. Other plans may cover only certain aspects of protection, but this one covers everything.

Haven't used it yet, which is good, but used AppleCare in the past and it is worth the price, especially for a phone used by a teen.

This is an easy choice for the price compared to the price of having to buy a brand new phone. The added theft and loss protection is nice too.

Great insurance for a reasonable price. You can rest assured that you are covered for unforeseen circumstances.

Bought this for my mom because she left her phone in the grocery store and when she went back, someone took it. Unfortunately, they turned off the phone so we couldn’t track it. Now I know if she loses or damages her phone, we are covered.
