    Excellent love the new iPhone pro 12 the blue one is so nice! Loved dealing with Best Buy yo get it! The girl that helped me was very helpful,Knowledgeable and patient.

    Always get AppleCare+ when offered. Apple makes sound products . However, the few hardware problems I had in the past were expensive.

    Take your phone to the Apple store they will try to fix it. If the phone can't be fixed they will give you a new one or a refurbished.

    Not worth it, I lost my phone called Apple Care went through all the steps to verify it was lost and that the phone was set on find my phone was on. Few days later nothing, they claim the phone was not Find my phone was not on! Apple Care does not care!
