Good product but constantly falls out of ears

I’ve worn them several times at the gym and they constantly fall out of my ears. The first generation never fell out, but these seem to fall out all the time. It’s unfortunate because other than that it would be a great product, especially paired with my iPhone 13 and MacBook Pro.
