    If you don’t have this, get it! My son need to fix his headphones and because we had this coverage it was real simple and free! I also had my phone and computer covered

    Apple makes good products but the AirPod Max are prone to early on battery failures and connectivity issues. On my set purchase and I’ve have 4 failures that had to be replaced. After the warranty expires, THERE ARE NO OTHER REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OPTIONS. You simply are stuck buying a new pair.
