You still have to pay deductibles. It does not cover loss and/or theft, even with a police report. I specifically asked if it did, because my children are the ones that have apple products. I was told yes it does by both best buy employee and apple employee. When finally speaking with a supervisor, who by the way was super nice and very helpful, he explained that it does not cover either of those. He did advice me to check with my home insurance and the actual credit card coverage. It just frustrates me because I pay almost $200 a year for the best buy total protection with apple care +.

Terrible decision wheeeew I despise apple everyday

Very disappointed in my experience at best buy. They sold me $400 worth of extras and I got nothing. They give you a number to call when you complain about your service, but guess what? India takes your call and after 20 minutes on hold, they drop you! Go elsewhere for your computer needs!

I’m glad I got this. I haven’t had to use it but if I need it I have it. 24 months is a plus.

Coverage is a pain to use but if you get someone to agree there is a problem, it works great.

I have had coverage since 2018. When my daughter bought something in the store, the person who is helping her said, she needed a new Apple repair plan so she bought it and connected it to the family plan. One family, one phone number, now we have two accounts. They canceled one and the items that were covered were canceled. it would not combine the two plans. Even though I had paid for two for a few months. The help desk treated me poorly said they would call back. Then didn’t.

My son in law loves this app. He is quite pleased with it that he started a subscription.

I love it because i would get this all the time. I am not disappointed in this product.

Ive used applecare on a ton of products to get them fixed or replaced. Worth it
