I've had them for less than 6 months and they drain battery and they hurt my ears after an hour so they don't work for audiobooks or long workouts. Plus I was not told that they are not covered by Best Buy total tech, so I am now stuck with them.

Poor Service

I then had to call management to explain what was going on and after another week I finally received a remanufactured replacement that were no longer covered under apple care that was purchased for the first set.

Worthless service

Whats the point of a warranty if it cant cover accidental damage. Useless service dont waste your bugs

Worthless

Got AppleCare plus with my Powerbeats and hopes that if anything happened Apple would be able to help me unfortunately, that was not the case. I recently had charging and connectivity issues and Apple has told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Worthless product would not recommend.

Ok ear buds

As i do not like apple. And the fact i have to pay for shipping to have an item looked at is ridiculous to me. So never again
